Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

• Your name, property or company name, email address and mobile number.
• The values you chose in the cost calculator, if you send the form.
• The page you came from and campaign parameters in the link, such as UTM values and ad click ids.
• The date and time of your consent.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and discuss a possible collaboration. We use the campaign parameters to understand which advertising brings enquiries.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give in the form and, where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) also applies. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address above. This does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Who receives your data

We use these service providers, who process data only on our behalf:

• Paradox Media, which runs this page and our advertising.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this page.
• Supabase, which stores form submissions.

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland and the EU. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards required by law. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or you withdraw your consent sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, and for its correction, deletion, restriction or transfer. You can also object to its processing. To do so, write to the address above.

You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
